Grilled Marinated Flank Steak


This is a super simple, delicious marinade for grilled steak. Use any steaks you prefer.

Grilled Marinated Flank Steak

1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp honey
2 medium shallots, thinly sliced
2 tsp freshly chopped rosemary
1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 1/4 pounds flank steak
salt to taste

In a small bowl, combine marinade ingredients and wish well. Place steak in a gallon size zip top bag. Pour in marinade and massage bag to distribute. Place in fridge and allow to marinade for 2 hours. Grill steak 4-6 minutes per side until medium rare. Let rest 10 minutes and thinly slice against grain. serve.
