Chicken Tikka Masala
1 lb. chicken tenders
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. low fat milk
1 c. plain yogurt
2 T. lemon juice
2 T. cilantro
2 tsp. minced garlic
2 tsp. ground cumin
2 tsp. ground coriander
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. garam masala
dash of red pepper
--Mix all ingredients together. Pour over chicken in large casserole dish. Cover and bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Serve over basmati rice.
