Tangy Tuna Salad
3 Tbsp Mayo
1 Tbsp Plain Greek Yogurt
1 tsp grated lemon zest
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
salt and pepper
1 can solid light tuna in water, drained and flaked
1 stalk celery, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced
1/2 GrannySmith apple, peeled and grated
whole wheat bread, red onion, cucumber, and alfalfa sprouts.
Wisk together mayo, yogurt, lemon zest and juice. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in tuna, celery, and apple. Serve on wheat bread with onion, cucumber, and sprouts.
