1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup cilantro, minced
2 Tbsp grated ginger
2 tsp grated garlic
1 TBSP sesame oil
3/4 cup peanute oil
1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
Place all of the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth.
Note: I grate the giner and the garlic on my microplane grater so it is extra smooth.
