Ingredients:
2 Tbsp oil, not olive
2 Tbsp sesame oil
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 inches fresh ginger, finely chopped
1-2 Thai red chilis, finely chopped
1 pinch sugar
Stir all ingredients together and marinate your choice of meat overnight, or at least 30 minutes.
Perfect for kewer food, like chicken or pork.
